Lead Production & Installation Member

We will train the right candidate for this hands-on role in a very exciting production environment. You will learn sign manufacturing techniques and be a vital part of our production crew, learning our work-in-process systems and equipment.

 

This is a full-time hands-on position for a new production team member, with great opportunity for growth in this very exciting industry.  Our visual communications company provides quality signs, digital graphics, and powerful design to a diverse customer base. We are well-known throughout the region and offer exceptional customer service from a happy, well-trained team.

 

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Learn the manufacturing process, along with cutting, weeding, taping and applying vinyl. Installer will be involved in finishing services for wide format digital printing, as well as fabrication and assembly of wood, metal and plastic products.

 

APPLICANT MUST DEMONSTRATE:

Sign design and set up, managing work load and attention to detail are required. Excellent memory and ability to multitask well are required for this position.

Able to work independently on a client's jobsite

Supportive attitude in assisting the team with all aspects of the business as required

Ability to climb ladders and some heavy lifting as well.

Ability to learn the use of a bucket truck as needed.

Maintenance of a clean and organized work area.

Able to follow our systems for job control, client services, and production.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

The applicant will preferably be computer literate i.e. using the internet and Microsoft Office products. Ability to lift, stand, measure, multi-task is required. The applicant must be fluent in the English language. Basic math skills are a must. The applicant MUST also have a VALID North Carolina driver's license with a good driving record in order to be insured to drive company vehicles.

 

WORK HOURS:

Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Some overtime and/or early starts are required in this position. Occasionally, you may be required to work on weekends.
